✅ Eligible for Return or Exchange:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition.
All original tags, liners, and packaging must be intact.
Return/exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days from delivery date.

🚫 Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:

Worn, washed, or altered items.
Items marked as final sale.
Panties and intimate accessories (e.g., bra pads) due to hygiene reasons.

🔹 How to Make a Return or Exchange:

Email or submit your request via our contact form within 30 days.
Include order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos (if defective).
Receive Approval

We will respond within 1-2 business days with detailed return instructions.
For defective or incorrect items, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label.
Ship Back Your Item

Pack items securely with original packaging, and ship using provided instructions.

Shipping Cost:
Our Error or Defective Items: Free returns, shipping covered by us.
Personal Preferences (wrong size/color, etc.): Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once items are inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges ship within 3-5 business days after receipt of original items.

Issued back to your original payment method.
Processing may take 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
