To ensure every order arrives safely, we arrange shipment and delivery according to the following guidelines.
Processing Time
Once your order is placed, in-stock items will be shipped within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during this time will be processed on the next business day.
If your order contains pre-order items, the shipping time will follow the schedule indicated on the product page.
Shipping Methods & Fees
We currently offer the following delivery options within Taiwan:
7-11 Store Pickup
Shipping Fee: NT$70
Estimated delivery: 3–5 days to the selected store
FamilyMart Store Pickup
Shipping Fee: NT$70
Estimated delivery: 3–5 days to the selected store
Home Delivery (Black Cat / Yamato)
Shipping Fee: NT$90
Estimated delivery: 2–3 days
Enjoy free shipping on orders over NT$999 (Taiwan main island only).
Home Delivery
Home delivery is currently available within Taiwan main island only.
The courier may contact the recipient by phone before delivery. Please ensure your contact number is reachable to avoid delivery delays.
If the courier cannot reach the recipient, the package may be re-scheduled for delivery or returned.
Convenience Store Pickup
After the package is shipped, it will usually arrive at the selected store within 3–5 days. A SMS notification will be sent when the package is ready for pickup.
Please collect your package within the store’s holding period. Unclaimed packages will be returned and the order may be cancelled.
Repeated unclaimed orders may result in temporary suspension of store pickup services.

If there is any issue with your order, please keep the item unused and in brand-new condition and contact our customer support as soon as possible. We will gladly assist you.
